Purchase Order screen

A purchase order can be emailed as a PDF attachment to your supplier or anyone else.

When you click the Email button the above form is shown with most of the default information already filled in.

If in your suppliers details you have entered an email address that will be pre-entered into the 'To' box.

You can add multiple recipients and attachments as well as sending a copy back to your email address.

Email is sent directly from the software and doesn't rely on any email programs like Outlook to be installed on your PC.
