At any time you can preview your purchase order. From here you can print your purchase order or export as a PDF or Word document. Most of the time orders are emailed to suppliers with the PDF sent as an attachment. This is all automatic and doesn't require you to save and add attachments manually.
Once entered your company details will appear on the top right of the order.
An optional graphic can also be included as a header which you might use for a company logo.
Customisable lines are also included in the footer which might be used for your standard terms and conditions. If the layout doesn't quite suit your business we do offer a customising facility where we can design the layout to your requirements.
