Users can be assigned various properties to control how they use the software.
- User level - Director, Manager, User provides an easy to use distinction of levels of operation
- Spend limit - the maximum value of an order before it requires authorisation
- Enable the user to be an admin - unlimited access
- Set menu control on a group or user level
- Allow multiple logins
- Password reset
In other administration screens you can set options like the password policy - whether it’s case sensitive and minimum lengths.
