Large Office Main Entry

Purchase Order screen

Based on the core features of the Small Office System the Large Office version adds the following functions.

  • Commit and Lock button checks if order needs authorising before enabling print and email
  • Authorise button appears if you can authorise another users order
  • Unlock button available to authorised users to allow order to be opened for further editing
  • Undelete button for restoring previously deleted purchase orders
  • Indication of order status - Draft, Issued, Referred, Authorised
  • Authorised by field to record who has approved the order (where needed)
  • Menu options can be controlled per user, restricting which parts of the software they can access

These are just the core differences in the Large Office version. Most customers add further custom modifications to match it closer to their business.
